Payment: We accept payments via cash, credit card, or cryptocurrency (BTC, XMR, ETH). A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining 75% balance is due upon vehicle arrival or prior to the start of service.

Prohibited Activities: Use of illegal substances is prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of service without a refund. The client is responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests. If anyone under the age of 21 is present, no alcohol will be served. Cleaning fees start at $50, with a $250 charge for vomiting inside the vehicle. Passengers must conduct themselves respectfully. BLACK ELK LIMO LLC reserves the right to remove any passenger or terminate service if these conditions are violated, with no refund provided.

Food & Beverages: Please provide a list of desired beverages, and we will supply them at cost. Bringing your own food or beverages is not allowed.
